Quil Ceda Village presents Tulalip Lights and Ice, a free-to-enter holiday event located at the Tulalip Amphitheatre featuring an ice-skating rink with real ice, holiday light display with over 7.8 million lights, gift and treats from local vendors, and fun activities for the whole family!
Conveniently located just off of I5, Tulalip Lights & Ice attracts thousands of visitors from Vancouver B.C. on down through Seattle!
Join us as a vendor during the 2025-2026 season and get your business noticed during the busiest shopping weeks of the year!
Priority is given to tribal vendors.
Submit your application along with the required documentation by October 24, 2025. Spaces are limited and may fill up before the deadline, so be sure to apply early! A Tulalip Business license is required for all businesses operating on the Tulalip Reservation. Please note that obtaining a business license does not guarantee you will become a Tulalip Lights & Ice vendor.
Holiday Weekend Market - November 28-29, 2025
Full Season - November 22, 2025 - January 11, 2026. Priority will be given to season-long vendors.
All booths must be open from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. You may open earlier if you like!
- 10' x 10' or 10' x 20'
- Tent, trailer, or truck setups welcome!
Vendors will have access to the following on- site:
- Electricity
- Bathrooms
- Wifi
- Water (limited access; no hookups)
Please bring your own tent, seating, heaters, lights and extension cords.
